No wine-tasting is complete without a delicious home-made meal.
We recommend you try our speciality of the house, “Trierer Schwenkbraten” (barbecued, deliciously marinated pork) with potato gratin and salad. This is an old family recipe. The meat is barbecued on wood from vine shoots and thus gets a delicious taste.
